I went out yesterday and I saw this strange type of jellyfish or who knows what it is.....
Who knows what it's called??
I thought it might be a colony of plankton, but then it seems to have a mouth..
Have alook...
I dind`t catch anything but this made my day!!

Looks a bit like a string of DNA from Godzilla
 
There is such a thing as a string jellyfish that can sting. Not sure if this is one but it looks similar.
 
It stings???? Then it's got to be some sort of jellyfish. No sting - I vote for floating salp colony called a blastozooid.

~I think it's a deep water form of jellyfish did it have bioluminnesnce?it had a big mouth like a tiny whale shark mouth?
