Hi Guys

Im just about to order a new suit. Ive only been using my standard kitesurfing suits up to now, either my 5.3 winter suit or when its been warm 4.3 shortie.

Ive already decided on the Beuchat Marlin Prestige but cant decide between 5mm or 7mm.

Im going for the long johns over the waist pants for warmth. I think the 5mm should be enough but dont want to find out the hard way but on the other hand I think the 7mm will be a bit over the top and maybe a bit restrictive and bouyant.

Any advice or insight to what your using will be great.

Thanks

Karl

if you use a 5 at the max aready, then i wouldn't think going to a 7 would be wise, you might be too hot, especially since youll have overalls. id personally go with the 5. but thats just based off the information you have given.

Ye but the 5mm surfsuit is not as warm as a 5mm spearsuit.

Im thinking 5mm with the long johns should be enough, Can always wear a thermal rashy I guess.

Thanks
