what to buy first?

Ditto.

When I started out freediving, I had loads of Scuba gear that I could make do with. My first piece of freediving kit was a D3, and have never been freediving without it since.

marko - since you know the make and model of your dive computer, but not your monofin, makes me think your mind's made up already.

the problem is that in the next few months most of my diving is going to take palce in a swimingpool ...

....and what will you be using to time statics with? I'm not trying to push the D3 on you, but you can always dynamic without the monofin :)
