What to know about spearfishing in French Polynesia?

I am going to French Polynesia in November 2022. Any tips for spearfishing, free diving or scuba, there?
Shoot it, take it to town, have them cook it, follow up with a MaiTai.

Do some deep breathing exercises to warm up your lungs and body before you head out to the dive site. Put your attention on relaxing your muscles while you close your eyes. To make a public appearance, it's best to clear your mind.
