Can anyone tell me what type of foam the T. Botha tuna board is made out of? I have one, it is excellent, want to make another one with 5 cubic foot displacement, but am not quite sure what type of foam this is?

Thanks for that Jonny250. The botha board is really good, well worth the price for fighting big fish, I would estimate making one myself with similar materials and quality of construction would cost almost that much. I just need something with more displacement for upcoming trip......
Cheers

Many tuna floats here in Cali were made with Divicell for going deep.
Rems can be found a a boat builders some times for a case of beer.

Cheers, Don

does the divincell have to be covered with epoxy?
one of the good points about the t.botha is that it is relatively soft, have gotten wacked by it and was glad that it was soft....:blackeye
