i got the Expand A lung. both work under the same principle: which is to create resistance to your breathing.
I would say it works. not als does it work but has also helped me quit smoking (again).
the results also vary in what physical condition you are in.
I would suggest that you go ahead and get the expand-a-lung because if you find that it doesnt rock your boat you wont feel too guilty about it.
