On top of dry tables a couple of times a week and my time swimming/doing freediving, I cycle and run a lot.

I recently started doing hill running once a week for 20 minutes for lactic build up but was wondering what one thing could I do whilst keeping fit to help improve my breath hold?

I've heard a bit about anaerobic training, would it be best to turn all my endurance/aerobic work in to intervals to best suit being a freediver?

Any other suggestions would be great.
