Hola ignacio

Ignacio where did you find the AIDA rules for dinamic no fin?

me gustaria saber algo sobre estas reglas en dinamica no fins

saludos

Daniel.

After reading this thread I started wondering about no fins techniques.
I can easily go 50 m with just frog kick (on the surface); not too far behind my nf breaststroke.
After reading some of the comments I decided to try a side stroke underwater to see how it worked. It theoretically has benefits in being
1) more streamlined
2) maybe easier on the kick, since the leg muscles are designed for the front-back motion
3) you get arm power constantly to keep you moving
So far it seems really awkward, but may get better with time.
Anybody else ever try it?
Howard
