Is there any freedivers shop in Germany or Finland or Sweden?
I have friends there , who can send what I want , to Estonia

You could try two ankle weights clipped together that divers use for dry suits. They're soft and filled w/ lead shot.
do it yourself!

You only have to find lead suitable for this. I have used lead grain (it might be some kind of junk).
You also need a bicycle inner tyre, mountainbike is better, two weightbelt weight stoppers and a weightbelt lock.
This picture does not have the stoppers, instead the tube ends are glued. But if you have the stoppers, you dont even need the glue.

I have a simular sulution, as the premade ones did not suit me.
I use a bicykle tube and when there is no more room fore lead grains i use a little compressed air to ekspand the tube. My neck weigth i on 1900 gr.

I discovered this by myself on the occasion of a freeediving comp last month !

Up to now I tried 2 ankle weights which make 1 kg ; I am going to buy a second pair to reach 2 kg...
