Where can I find a copy of 'Manual of Freediving 2nd Edition'?

The only copies I'm finding are $200 - $1000 on amazon, everywhere else it seems to be out of stock. Is there anywhere else I might be able to find it a bit cheaper? I am fine with a digital copy as well. Thanks!
