i want to go Spearfishing next year in august. I already search a lot and i know the laws etc. but my question is where do i get the license ? I will stay there for 2 weeks so they will charge 600 Kuna. I am going to travel near Pula (https://www.google.de/maps/place/Pu...2324a3a7b4e580d!8m2!3d44.8665763!4d13.8496399). I dont want to drive that far away so please if anyone lives in Croatia near Pula or been there before give me a answer.
