Hi All,

.... a very broad question. I've got some vacation time coming up, and going to take a freediving trip, ideally somewhere in the western pacific, near the equator. Travelling from California. I'm looking for recommendations. There are so many possibilities. What I'm hoping to find is:

--A place that's not rediculously expensive to get to (say less than $1500 round trip?).
--Somewhere that has a great variety of shore diving to 30m.
--A place that's not completely overrun with tourists.
--A place to camp.

So far, my greatest diving experience has been the Kona coast of Hawaii. I'm considering going back there...I could certainly be very happy diving there (forever) : ) But, I've got 3 weeks, and I'd love to see someplace new. I won't be spearing with anything but a camera.

Many thanks,

Hawkeye Parker
