I have done search after search and still can not find any BEGNNER tables. Any one out there have a few...O2 C02???

The sticky at the top of the beginner forum has some. Also the Apnoe trainer software that I downloaded from a post somewhere on this site is easy to use if you want to do the tables sitting at your computer.

I was amazed how just a couple days got me from 15 seconds being hard to doing a 3:30 hold. I know the advance must be all in my head to jump so far in just a week.

Jim, thanks for the journal comment. I have responded on the journal itself. Good luck with your training, I will try to follow your progress.
