Where to freedive in Montenegro?

Hi guys!
Me and my friend are going to Montenegro in the middle of September.
We've never been to this country but heard a lot of wonderful places there.
We want to freedive up to 50 meters.
Are there any spots we can reach from shore or we need a boat?
How much is hiring a boat (with boatsman) for 2-3 hours?
Advise, please.
