Which dive computer ticks all the boxes for lowest price?

Id like to purchase a dive computer. which computer ticks all the boxes for the least amount of money.200 range

is the aeris xr1 any good?

I just want

- depth
-dive time
-surface interval timer
-reliability/durability
-easy userinterface and readable screen

Basic watch functions would be a plus too, like the time, stopwatch etc
