hi wanted to know if there is any monos in the market with good angle besides glide, triton, hyper pro?!?!?
PS:for the 100000000 time nemo has no angle if it has it must be very litle with almost no effect

I mean good angle something effective to the point that u notice during your swimming and preferably tested by someone
I found this interesting but I don't know about his effectivness
LeaderFins.com#

someone has already tried this monofin?

just checked ur youtube chanel nice videos I see that u have a ww md 2
nice fin ;), but for me it has to be with angle it is mandatory I'm just searching for other options the site saying it has angle is one thing

being a pratical angle tha aligns with human legs it's another

I see that u have a ww md 2

It is Model 1 actually, bigger than 2.
After few fancier monofins I went back to the roots and got this one, one of the cheapest fins out there and absolutely love it.

My next fin is gonna be Glide but for now I need to develop proper technique so this is the fin to have

I know what you mean I'm technique wussy for me performance means confort, but effecient footpockets for are not those 2 number above the one I use are anotomical footpockets left and right foot, with rubber that addapts to then no more no less the footpocket has to be the foot:mad:

I had ideas to buy that mono but for bi and monofin for has be with an angle, this can be more effective than fancy slim footpockets specially for those who like to glide like seal,
I tried the nemo too but 12ºangle I didn't see any it's looks more like the blade is in inferior plan than those of footpockets photos and words can fool one into this, glide hasn't enough angle for me I just need a litle more

But please if someone tried those leadrefins say ur opinion plz

I has a Nemo monofin, and it has a little or "a normal" angel, max 12 degrees, propably less. It is not a monofin with a big angel.

I e-mailed Maksim at Leaderfins for you, they are always very helpful.

They said:

Monofin Hyper have angle 15 dgr.

Freediving Monofin Sport Carbon have angle 20 dgr.

Monofin Hyper Pro have angle ~ 22 dgr.

I have had a Leaderfin Hyper and liked the angle on it, you could get a decent glide but i had to have my knees slightly bent when gliding (or have ultra flexible ankles).

Just tried the Waterway glide and i like that too.

Hope the figures help.

Leaderfin Hyper (non-Pro) has not big angle, yes that 15 dgr maybe.

Freediving Monofin Sport Carbon is THAT (new?) model. Absolutely interesting for freedivers, if it has 20 dgr.

Monofin Hyper Pro, if it has 22 dgr, it's really a different case also with angle than non_Pro model.

Waterway Glide has normally about 15 dgr (I'm not sure), but for a custom made Glide you can get what you want, even 30 dgr, and that is much.

According to the Triton site - Max's non-axial (aka 'Hyper') fins are around 25 degrees.
I've looked at the leaderfins sport carbon too - Looks pretty cool to me.

Yep Maksym from triton his fins are 25 degrees (have ordered 2 of them now along with some of his standard monofins which are also excellent, currently working with him to make a "standard" monofin with 20 degree angle actually in the blade but with normal pockets. will see what happens.

DD i see you say other than Hyperfin, Glide etc why is this? these fins are all available with large angle on request. one thing to note is that as you increase blade angle you need to increase back flexibility to ensure you can drive the blade efficiently.
