i want to know which of these has more speed and effeciency in freediving . because my current scuba fins make me tired very much without any good result because of the strong current .

1- omer ice

2- cressi gara 3000 ld

3- sporasub instinct

and i hope u can give a website with good prices .

My first fins were the sporasubs h. dessault. From what I understand the instict fins are a development of the h dessault. I liked the h dessault and they have a good reputation I think as good-value fins. The garas look good too but I have never tried them. Between those two one is probably as good as the other. I read in french apnéa magazine that the garas are a little wider.
The omers I don't know anything about. Innovative camo concept though eh?

However if I were you I would go for some fiberglass fins right away. You will probably want to upgrade soon anyhow

Try each fin on. Then pick the fin with the most comfortable footpocket.

No point having a titanium-fibreglass-cotton fin if your feet cramp up after a 1/2hr of swimming.. :)

hehehe, true, although I much prefer kevlex(kevlar/goretex)-carbonfiber over titanium-fiberglass-cotton (tfc).
