Which suit for pool training?

Hi,

Need help deciding what suit to buy for pool training. I am doing introduction course and the requirement is a 3mm suit so please do not suggest 1mm or 2mm suits.

I have been looking at these 2 so any suggestions would be welcome.

Mares Gianluca Genoni 30 Mono. Suits Apnea, Scubastore.com, buy, offers, dive

Mares Instinct 35 Open Cell 3.5 mm. Suits Apnea, Scubastore.com, buy, offers, dive

Do not want to go for Elios as its a bit pricey for my first suit to be honest.

I would go for the open cell suit, because if you are required to use a suit that is minimum 3 mm it must be because the pool is cold. A open cell suit is much warmer.

The quality is probably not the best but I understand that you dont want to put to much in to it before you know if will continue freediving.

open cell, but remember that those are easy to be nailed by sharp objects [like uncutted finger nails when you put the suit on yourself]

Get a Blueseventy Sprint. Cheap and good. 4mm body, 3mm legs, 2mm arms.
