i suppose it depends on how much you want to edit the videos and play with slow mo. if you dont intend to use still pictures from it then the 11mp/12mp and high frame rates are irrelevant.
if you can use 1080p30 / 960p30 / 720p60fps of the white edition then thats your answer.
I dont know if the wifi works underwater, i assume not...
personally i would like the super slow frame rate and high still quality of the black, and the good low light performance. i think monkeyhatfork on here has made some comparisons on the low light performance, have a look around...
