Summer round the corner and I'm looking into something a bit more protective than my lycra rashguard (for lack of better words, its a freakin leotard) so I'm thinking the new Riffe, or the Omer, or a Yazbek...staying around the 1-1.5mil range, heck might even look into the Orca RS1- Any suggestions?

Why not custom? Elios perhaps? I have not and probably never will use a suit that thin, so I'm not sure if getting it custom fitted would be worth it?

The Omer Dahlak has a good reputation, it must be relatively easy to find and it doesn't seem too expensive for what it is: a real wetsuit, not just a rash guard.

BTW. I saw at the local dive shop the Scubapro Hybrid T: it's a rash guard lycra T-shirt with an extra neoprene protection. Seemed quite fine for my belly crawling hunting style.
So I checked it on Scubapro website, and liked it even more. Wanna se why? :inlove

steel check out mako website.... i just received one of their 1.5 rashguards and is pretty awesome... only the sleeves and the sides are lycra. chest and back is 1.5 and cammo green or blue...price is cheap... delivery quick and a free mako cap , also they have a 1.5 fullsuit exactly the same as omer dahlak that I'm selling, i just don't like fullsuits.

Thx for the input guys! CA I looked into the Mako's, and was considering it ( I may just ultimately get it, if the water gets too warm+ Dano is a pleasure to deal with) but I'm mainly getting it to protect myself from all the stinging stuff that seems to get me everytime I crawl, slither, and all those other things we do in the ocean, so a full body (or 2 piece) covering all up is what I'm looking for and in at least a 1-1.5mil as a lycra seems not to ne doing it for me.

Spago, I like it man! especially the back, it seems easily "mountable", you know easy in, easy out:t
