Who wants to build a Freedive Log book APP?

Hi Guys,

i've been thinking about the perfect Freedivers Log book. a layout specific to freedivers, but always had the issue of keeping them all together and getting them wet etc.

so figured an App for the iphone/Ipad would be great!

it would allow for:
- Date
- star/finish time
- water conditions
- surface conditions
- equipment used
- warm up sequence
- in water warm up (if any)
- integrating dive profile from gauge
- a section to write out the emtions you felt during the dive
- images of the location etc.

here is the problem..... i am useless with computers let alone programming for something like this.

anybody here good with this kinda stuff or want to create a program. would be good for somebody university project or something like that i guess?

Tim Money and myself put together an online log with user defined inspirational quotes that were randomly shown and pics on sides. Users could say who saw there results/thoughts. Still a work in progress but could be adapted to an app. Its called a moment in apnea. If there is more interest in this then im sure we would continue to iron out the bugs.

I've already started something like this, Ill be up for it.

One problem, I've never made apps for iphone/ipads because im a html/css/javascript/php coder and haven't ever delved in to making anything for any apple products.

I can make one for online which can then be used on an iphone and I can make for android operating systems.

Keep the ideas coming and ill get on to something when everyone thinks that things are ready to start.

Great idea though, glad you brought it up as I started it and didn't do anything with it because I ended up working two jobs and was snowed under but in one week I go back to one job again
