Why are most suits made from 2 pieces, not one?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
I usually do my business right after morning coffee and I'm good for the day!

Good idea about combining lycra bottom and neoprene top, according to water temps.

I'd love to try the Thermocline stuff, but there's nothing around here to see or try, so it would be a gamble.

Talking about gambles... if an open cell suit is so hard to put and needs some form of lubrication to get in, how do you guys try a suit at the store to make sure it fits well????
 
Backwards. The lycra side to your body. And it is not hard to put on. Needs lubrication. As other things in life...
