HI, i started freediving 2 month ago so i'm a totaly rookie. Today we do for the first time a -12mt training and i equalize without using hands to pinch my nose.

First time i just exale a little bit of air from the nose in the mask and the tubes cliked, then i just equalize by doing something like a fretzen without pinching my nose.

Why someone is a natural "free hand" like me? (what happens in a phisiology?) How much often this happens?

Thanks in advance and forgive me for my bad english!
