i have some really cool gopro videos. but every time i try to load one, it goes thru the whole process, then says error. the videos work fine, but they wont upload. anyone know why that may be?

I am not sure whether I understand the problem. Do you mean downloading the videos from the camera to the computer, or really uploading them? Or do you have just problems when trying to play the videofile on the PC?

If uploading, then where do you upload them to? From PC to the Deeper Blue forum? If you want to post videos on DB, you need to upload them to Youtube, Picasaweb, Vimeo, or similar public server, not here.

If you meant downloading the video from the camera to your computer, then try accessing the video files directly by the file system (Windows Explorer if you are on Win OS) instead of using the software that came with the camera. Or buy a card reader (costs some $5) and read the memory card directly, instead of through the camera link - it may be faster and easier.

If you have just problems playing the videos on your PC, then try some alternative videoplayer. The best videoplayer ever is the VLC from videolan.org It is an Open Source free software of excellent quality supporting all kind of videos and codecs with no need for 3rd party modules.
