Not sure if it makes the final cut, but Hannah Stacey did some freedive training with Kate Silverton for this programme - so it might be worth watching! 9pm tomorrow

It did, although I'm not sure how long the freediving section is. Kate reviewed it when she did the voice-overs, and reckoned it was good footage.

It's called "Ultimate Wild Water". Don't be misled into thinking it's just about kayaking - the description doesn't mention the freediving.

In today's Mirror, the TV section mentions freediving as part of the episode. If it's in The Mirror it must be true....

Just finished watching it. The Freediving bit was good, she looked like she enjoyed it. I have to take my hat off to her, I don't think I could have done what she did by the end of the program!!! What depth did she reach when she is on seabed, does anyone know??

Actually, it was about kayaking for dummies. Several minutes of freediving were small release in the middle of hysteric screams rofl

The way they edited the dive amused me; it was a very good time for a beginner but the way they intercut her still descending with the guy counting off a minute gave the impression of a much deeper dive. Enjoyed seeing Porthkerris again, though.
