Here is a great way for females to get some Freediving Instruction and meet others who share the same u/w interestes. Performance Freediving is hosting our first ever Women's Only Intermediate Freediver course in kona, HI. The course will be taught by Mandy-Rae Cruickshank (siz time world record holder) and assistants will be made up of other top female freediving athelets and PFI instructors. This course is perfect for anyone with even limited freediving, spearfishing or scuba experince.

Go to Performance Freediving | home | for more course info, to ask questions or to register.

See you there!

There are no age restrictions. if you are under the age of 18 then you will need a parents signature on your forms and if under 16 you will need them to come with you.

It will be a great course in an amazing location. Kona is one of my favorite spots to Freedive. We usually see dolphins in the bay we train in! It is warm and clear too!

I will volunteer myself to do the photography its the desire to server my community........ i wish you girls have fun :)

My wife and I did the similar 4 day intermediate course in Kona Hawaii last year and it was awesome. The location is world class best and the instruction is also world class best. It's like having Tiger Woods teach you golf, only its freediving of course. Before I went my wife thought freediving was a bit baked and on return from the course wanted to know why I hadn't bought her a monofin before. I promptly bought two, one for her and me as I had been afraid to spend the money on a monofin before as they can be spendy. Anyway, especially for women (for a bunch of different reasons) I strongly and heartily recommend this course.

Cheers Wes Lapp

So besides the trip, the shopping, the plane, the hotel and the course fee's im still going to have buy diving gear too? Ok count me out :p well my hairly legs would have given me away in any case.
