I did my first dives yesterday and i had alot of trouble getting down the first few feet and ended up flipping over before i got deep enough to start using my fins ( i finally ended up just pulling down and back up on the anchor rope) I was wondering if many people use wrist weights and what some of the pro's and con's of using them are. It seems to me that they would help alot in keeping yourself vertical.
