My name isMarina Perezagua and I am a young writerliving currently in New York.Mynext book should be published before May and I am working now in a short story about freediving.I want this story to be important for all of us,and I need you to help me.Of course I would mention any help in my acknowledgements.Iwas neveras deep as my characterand I need to know the physiological reactions of your bodies from70m/230feet.I know the theory but I never experienced that in myown body and mind.I trust allof you and you wouldhelp me a lot if you send me some of your feelings, your personal vision,at your max. deep, even if you didn´t reach the 70m(yet). Idon't need any moretheory,I needyour voices.Since I don't have much time and I don't long in here often, you can look for me in facebook (Marina Perezagua) where I already started a debate. Thank you all, I am looking forward to give us a nice literary story.

Welcome to DB, plenty of people here will give you their experiences etc. Try posting this as a new thread in "The Beach Bar"

The problem of the Beach Bar is that it is more difficult to attract the attention of those who could really contribute with sone valuable information. People going over 70m mostly do not post there, and rather contribute to threads specific to freediving competitions, training methods, material, and about physiology. So perhpas relaunching the thread again in a moment, or poking some of the +70m divers directly may be needed.

I had the honour to have met Marina in Lyon, and have trained with her in our club Cyrnea last season. She is not only a passionate freediver, but she is an excelling and an awards wining writer, so I am sure her novel will be a blast. I hope some of the deeper divers will come to help her with their exprience.
