So I've been a productive little bunny at work and scored myself a cool bonus. Figuring how the missus is a instructor for people wanting to become dive masters, thought it was time to up the game a little.

Unlike many places in the rest of the world, gear here costs a bloody fortune, easily twice as much as our friends in aussie and up to 3 or 4 times as much as in the UK/US and europe. With that in mind, I went on the hunt to make friends with distributors.

So here's the booty, all for less than $1700 kiwi :inlove :

* Atlantis SPG 1 (splash.co.nz, ask for Steve)
* Suunto Zoop (amazon.com)
* Scubapro seawing novas (amazon.com)
* Zeagle tech10 BCD (nixie.co.nz, ask for Tony)
* Zeagle envoy octi (nixie.co.nz)
* Zeagle flathead xp 1st/2nd stage (nixie.co.nz)
* Zeagle dry snorkle (nixie.co.nz)

So heres my first impressions of the zeagle gear. Its bloody good. Apeks good for the regs, given how back before 2000 they happened to make their regs together.

All I can say, is that the missus is bloody jealous as she couldnt get anywhere near this price even with instructors mates rates! :ko
