Hello everyone, just making my first post and have a few questions....
Im pretty new to freediving/spearfishing(~6-8months) each weekend weather permitting. I havent done any form of training other taking up underwater hockey recently. My bottom time is pretty crap and find Im only averaging about 40-50sec each dive. Now I'm really keen on improving this to increase chances of getting better fish.
I have found this training program A Winter Training Program for Freedivers: Part II by Aharon & MT Solomons on DeeperBlue.net - Fanatical About FreeDiving, Scuba Diving, Spearfishing & Technical Diving and am keen to give it a go. What Im wondering is, is how often to do each "table". What is a good day by day use of these to improve. I want to incorporate dry statics with it as well if this is appropriate
