Hey all.

I just wanted to say hello from the waters of the northern California coast! My name is Dan and i am a student at Humboldt State University. I am currently in the awesome diving program here, hoping to get a minor in Scientific Diving (NAUI) and maybe more. I have been turned onto this site after a bombed pool session in which i SUCKED at freediving. I want to get better.
Thanks to anyone reading this, and i welcome input on any aspect of my technique for training and executing dives. Y'all take it easy!

Hey, Dan!

I was skimming through the forums and your name caught my attention. Any relation to TV's "Manimal"?

As a member and somewhat new member myself, welcome.

Theres almost too much to learn here in all the threads and thread backlogs. This would be the place. Everybody here (99%) will give you tidbits of experience, as well as articles that cover everything from current events to training and techniques.

I'm a freediving feller myself. Just thought I might say hello.
