PHFFFFT!!!! You call that a splinter??? I wouldn't even have noticed that little thing!

I got a splinter in my bum when I landed in some trees while skydiving. I still have the splinter and use it to prop up the front of my boat trailer.

CAUTION: The following photo of my splinter is very graaphic and not for the faint of heart. Once you see it, you will not be able to go back in time and undo your decision to look at the photo!

Well thanks for all your comments guys!
I was very elated when the dame thing came out, so much so I put the pic up to share my joy rofl
The infection has gone down & is only a little pailful now

You still haven't told us how you got such a monster into your hand in the first place. That had to hurt!
 
Sarge, I was working on extending a boat transom , I had just cut out a large hole in the transom & simply rubbed my hand down the cut edge to check for splinters !!!!:head
 
at least you could go round honestly saying " I got wood " can you still say that now foxy honestly now!!
