The next Tribe (London South) session is going to be held on 5th February 2007.

Can I get a roll call on who might be attending?

Excellent, We shall be having an emphasis on safety this session.

Safety/competition protocols, recovery drills, dynamic, static and simulated depth rescues and generally what to do if things go wrong. How to spot a samba/blackout.

Emma and I regulaly practice our safety drills together at the SETT at Vobster, etc. to keep us sharp.

I'll bring the Toypedo too :)

Simon.

I got it at the Dive Show. There's one coming up soon in London at Excel.

A great safety session last night. I hope everyone got something out of it.

Safety is obviously very important and practicing drills can prevent a small incident turning into a drama.

We have some nice kit at the club now, new fins, masks etc. and as I am a bit of an equipment junkie I can bring a variety of other stuff for members to try out and advise on purchase if necessary.
Just post here for next time if you'd like me to bring any specialist freediving equipment for next time.

Regards

Simon
