I'm going to Bali om May 15th. Is anyone have ever spearfishing around Amed? It is located north-eastern Bali. I will bring riffe e90x for reefhuting.

There is a guy called Andre there that makes his own Guns. He's a local and seems to be your man for any spearing trips
You means Andre Wicaksana ?
Irish I forgot to mention that this is a family vacation, not a spearfishing trip only, so I feel right now I don't want to participate in professional spearfishing trip like Andre had.
I hope someone can share his/her experience about spearfishing in Amed especially about spearfishing from shore.

I finally contact Andre speargun and he informed me that It is not allowed to spearfish in Amed except at Gili Selang
