This course is a prerequisite for the following Instructors course . It is also a course for all you intermediate divers to learn the techniques of deep freediving and improve your knowledge , learn safety and rescue techniques and learn how to train effectively and safely to the next level.
2 training days are offered 20th&21st Feb for those attending the following Instructors Course.

We can help you find travel connections and accommodation in Eilat . The course is taught by Aharon Solomons one of AIDA's most experienced Instructors and Trainer of Elite freedivers .
Eilat is a modern town with all the western conveniences ,a multitude of restaurants and Interesting things to do and see.
