I have to put my suit on every time using conditioner. Is there a time where it will go on without this? Also will a 2.5 be easier or get easier after break in?

No, continue using lube to get you suit on.

Probably depends on size, fit and design and stretch but I think a thinner suit would likely be a bit easier to get on. But, unless you get a special lube-free lining, you will likely still need lube and the suit will be cooler and more prone to tear.

I have 2 wetsuits now and not aware of any break-in. With time, I guess it forms to you a bit maybe but don't count on it!

There are proper wetsuit lubes which might suit you better. ;)

Thank you. Hair conditioner seems to be working great. Just going to need a gallon size bottle.

I have that suit and conditioner is always required. I also have it in 3.5 mm. Its a little easier to put on but conditioner is still required. You're going to need conditioner or soap for any open cell suit.
