9ft porbeagle of bude

Have you heard the news a 9ft porbeagal was caught on a fishing rod 4 miles of shore in cornwall bude. The paper also said as its going to be a hot summer watch for fins have a look there is a good pic of it in the paper.

Last Wednesday a 13' long thresher shark was caught by some local fishermen in thier nets. The male fish weighed 360lb.

Porbeagle are a resident UK shark, and although not as common as they once were, are throughout our waters all year. I'm off freediving with them in North Cornwall end of July... Will post some pics as soon as I've finished :)
