What is the max # of packs you use for a DYN / DNF vs the # of packs you use on a CWT / CNF dive?

I can pack 40x for dynamics, but find that anything over 20 packs in depth will lead to a trachea squeeze for me (likely on the duck dive... Or MAYBE because I'm not exhaling early enough on resurfacing).

What's you ratio of dynamic packs : depth packs?
