Thursday at my local Italian delicatessen, I found a product called Anna's Whole Wheat Gnocchi. Since I now avoid white flour whenever possible, I brought some home and gave it a try. Cooks in about three minutes and is tender and delicious under a Parmesan Bechamel sauce.
