I've been hanging around at DB for some time now, reading and learning alot, and just want to give a thanx to everyone that contributes with good tips and most importantly: inspiration.

Several weeks ago I did a good improvement of my static pb and afterwards, I was afraid not to be able to do it again, so I didn't train... I hit a wall psycologicaly maybe. Anyway, after reading of other people here, I figured I'd make a try. And guess what!? I broke my last pb with 23 sek, making 5.00 :o Today I improved my dynamic record from 75m to 88m:D

It's all in the state of mind, and that's why I owe DB a big thanx for all the inspiration... Keep up the good work everybody!
