I'm not disputing! Ecologists prudently evaluate new developments - environmentalists.... not today!

That must have been an amazing sight! Have the fish species been staying in their native habitats, or have they been traveling, as they were when my sis was visiting? What is the goal of your research?

Computer stories are becoming rather familiar... I am the proud owner of an AMD Venice 3.2 Ghz 64-bit CPU, 2GB memory, and a new motherboard at the tune of about 500 Euros after my old one crapped out the week before Christmas.....

Totally Obliterated Data Aggravated Yelling!

I am still sorting out drivers, recovering data from my RAID, etc., etc., etc... :(

It was a decent New Year's. Nothing wild, just hanging around with family and friends, drinking sparkling apple cider until we were apple-faced.

Ask new orderlies to have everyone run.

Living entirely on pretzels and rum :friday defies sensibility.

Apropos lameness: most of this thread does sound to me like coded messages sent by cold-war spies. Maybe, at this very moment, some men in black are peering over transcripts, scratching their heads, trying to figure out what we're up to? ;)

No, LAME is having my entry to "another" disappear after I worked so hard in it yesterday ... instead of working! :vangry

But....

On the subject of THIS oferdegi offering ;) (pretty slick, huh?)

Preventing Real Eavesdropping, Terrorist Zealots Encourage Linguistic Stealth

As for "Eavesdropping...." well..... someone will walk out with a :blackeye over it because it is a direct :martial on individual liberties and probably against the law.....

but then again, since when did any government ever care about breaking its own laws against its own citizens? :hmm

Cynical? Who? Me?

Insecure National Terror Experts Let Llamas into George's Entry, Negating Careful Escape

Sorry for butting in but I couldn't resist this thread. (I could have made "Llamas" into "Laden" but it didn't seem right. We all know that the real threat comes from Llamas right?)

And guess who pays for all of this?

Unwatchful NSA directors undermined escape.

Hi gwpcasey, welcome to acronym game. BTW, did you mean Llamas or Lamas? By the way world leaders treat the Dalai Lama, he's the #1 threat to world peace!

Aspiring witches fly under lampposts?

Thanx, Lockedin, I'm feeling much better already - had some time on my hands to plough trough DB and read some great diving stories (e.g., Eric F.'s "Tahsis" threads), download good static table SW (from http://www.mozzi.co.za/), and catch up on long-needed rest.

20 to go? any idea on how to celebrate the 2k line crossing?

cheers,:)
