I usually mix up a potion of 50% alcohol/50% distilled white wine vinegar. Works like a charm, and it's easy to do yourself. In fact I think I need to whip up a batch now - left ear itches like you wouldn't believe.

Dude, regular aural infections? Nope, always goop 'em.
