I have a friend who wants to do his four star in Thailand or anywhere except Dahab or Oz. (wants to go somewhere new).

I know Blue Immersion freediving school (run by Patrick Bouillon and Akim Ladhari) from Dahab offered free-diving courses in Thailand this year. They are wonderful people, both as instructors and as friends, and Im sure your friend would enjoy the beautiful nature in Thailand.
