Allowed to travel?

Hi.

I am curious to know - are you currently allowed to travel to/from your own country to take a scuba holiday overseas?

If so, please state your home country. If not, pls state your home country and give an indication of when you expect to be allowed to travel.
 
I am a person who finds it very difficult to live without traveling. I really want to go to Italy, but I'm really afraid of this pandemic in the world.
