Don't want to crowd the message boards here with duplicate messages but I'm also new to the sport, eager to learn some things and am wondering if there is any people/groups from the Connecticut,Mass,Rhode Island area out there.
I've been a distance runner for about 10 years, am not nearly as bulked up as some of the people I see in the sport, have no idea what my VO2max is, etc.....typical beginners stuff.
I will start scanning some of the older posts for info, but anyone has advice or anything, I would love to hear from you.
