When I do static breath holds I feel a great pressure in my throat and head. It only becomes uncomfortable while doing a full lung hold. If I hold with half lung capacity I have no discomfort. Anyone else have this? The guy in the picture looks how I feel lol
Also, does anyone know any good diving spots around Manresa Beach in California?
