Kevin Busscher accomplished 140 meters DYF at CAFA Western Regionals Completition in Vancouver. Subject to ratification, this breaks the DYF record for the second time within one week. Congratulations Kevin! Good luck tomorrow in the DNF.

He did the swim with PLASTIC GARA 2000HF bifins!!

This is one of the longest official swims in history using plastic bifins.

Hey Eric,

I just got off the phone with Kevin and actually the fins were his old beat up black blade Esclepez fins. They're a step down for the 2000's. rofl

CONGRATS KEVIN!!!!! :thankyou

Black Esclapez's you say? I have a waterways mono but the good ole black esky's can still hold their own :D

Congrats Kevin!

ps Are the results being posted on the CAFA website?
The longest DYF dive with plastic bifins is probably Martin Stepanek's 200m (inofficial) training WR in Canada...

Were the dynamic no-fins events at the CAFA Western Regionals in a 25m or a 50m pool?
