I was wondering if anyone has numbers for how much vitamin A,E,C,B12,Selenium,Folic Acid,Beta Carotine, zink etc. one should supliment (over and above a fairly well balanced diet) if one were doing max statics or tables 6 days a week?
And is there any danger in getting to much of any of the vitamins and minerals recomended in these pages? cheers
