New to spearfishing, usually go fishing from our sib but would love to get into this sport, been snorkeling around Studland bay and would like to know if spearfishing is allowed in this area, thanks in advance, just purchased seac 750 with 2mtr line can't wait to try it out

There are no particular bylaws that I know of for Studland, there are plenty of bass nursery areas inside the harbour but that's a different place and I believe the bylaws apply to boaties ;)

Do yourself a favour, return the gun you have just purchased and get yourself a proper euro rail gun.
