Anybody dive to collect Chinese Mitten crabs in the UK?

Sure, I have eaten Lady crabs (velvet swimmers) very sweet, very fiddly. They look fantastic on a plate when served alongside a larger crab. Fierce little b....rs though!

So what size Shaft and Flopper do you think is best for Pheasant? what's the Viz like in your Garden? maybe a nice 90cm Euro? :t

Depends on viz, I find a 90cm railgun ideal! Just kidding -- if you can run fast you might be able to pick them up. The house used to belong to a shooter but the garden is full of pigeons & pheasants, & used to have French partridges. Even with 3-4 guns dog kenneled there. He never shot anything in his garden, so perhaps the safest place.
